Our Hiring Process
We take hiring seriously and expect a bit of commitment from our candidates. Our hiring process is transparent, and we value communication. Here's what you can expect:

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Product Design Lead who can leverage user and market research insights to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. You'll work with strategists, design leads, product managers, and other teammates to plan projects for effective delivery. You'll also communicate experience frameworks, conceptual ideas, and detailed design and design rationale both verbally and visually. Additionally, you'll work closely with development teams to understand their capabilities and ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.
