About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Design Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-centered design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on agricultural or related industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects that drive business results.
  • Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mastery of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
