Identity Security Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Identity Security Cloud Architect to lead the implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of identity governance, access management, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business processes.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to govern user access and manage identity lifecycle processes.
  • Implement robust access control mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties, to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Ensure the IAM solution complies with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align IAM initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the integration of IAM solutions with other enterprise applications, including HR systems, ERP, and cloud platforms.
  • Provide expert-level support for IAM-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing performance as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, configurations, and workflows.
  • Stay current with IAM technologies and trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement of identity security practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM architecture, with specific expertise in implementing and managing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar IAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in IAM technologies, including identity governance, access management, SSO, MFA, directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and APIs (SCIM, REST).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations, particularly within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
