Artificial Intelligence Developer Role:

The ideal candidate will design, develop and deploy AI models to solve complex business problems.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and frameworks.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
