Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and grow client relationships at both operational and leadership levels through regular strategic and digital advocacy.
  2. Translate overall strategies into actionable tactical plans and ensure timely delivery by the team.
  3. Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for our clients.
  4. Build and improve relationships with senior journalists and influencers across the country.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of a national media universe for all clients.
  6. Guide team members in tracking news trends and proactively pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  7. Drive new business opportunities by participating in and leading client pitches focused on social and digital strategy, campaign analytics, and media monitoring.
  8. Directs the client portfolio and team members in client retention, improvement of Client Satisfaction Score & overall servicing cost management.
  9. Coaches and develops a team of highly engaged individuals & empowers them to succeed in their careers.
  10. Network with media contacts and have a deep understanding of the B2B / B2C technology landscape.
  11. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively addressing and resolving team conflicts.

  • Self-motivation: Ability to create their own schedule and routine to keep themselves focused on the task without other distractions.
  • Willingness to learn and use digital tools: Virtual communication and collaboration is key. The candidate should be willing to learn and use digital tools such as video conferencing apps and other company-specific digital platforms.
  • Time consciousness: Value their own' s as well as the team's time Setting meetings and deadlines at appropriate hours to ensure they work in sync with everyone else.
  • Critical thinking: Ability to think creatively or use tools which help in fleshing out ideas.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism from a reputed institute or
  2. MBA in Marketing
  3. 10 - 13 Years' experience in a PR Agency
