In this role, you will:

  • Design and optimize scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability
  • Write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code, aligning with current best practices and company coding standards
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise, collaborating with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards
  • Possess hands-on experience with voice applications, Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks, GenAI stack, database systems, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, containerization technologies, scalability, and performance optimization
