Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Third-Party Security Risk Professional. In this position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive third-party cyber security strategy that aligns with our overall security goals.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in information security, IT auditing, risk management, or project management. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, technologies, and threats to enhance third-party risk management practices.
As a senior leader, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate third-party security requirements into procurement and vendor management processes. You will also lead strategic initiatives to improve the maturity of third-party security controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Third-Party Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats from third-party vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of third-party security initiatives with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes based on feedback, audits, and evolving security threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in information security, IT auditing, risk management, or project management.
