**Job Summary**

The Tender Partner, SCM TCM role exists to execute the organization's objectives, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. This position works towards meeting customer SLAs and simplifying processes within the limits of GSC Organization guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to business performance by ensuring contribution margin across customers is profitable/positive, with strong controls to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Ensure all processes are performed as per agreed terms in Service Level Agreements – Timely & Accurate.
  • Ensure compliance to Performance Management Framework, tracking and monitoring KPIs related to the process, particularly contractual rate timeliness and contractual rate accuracy, aiming for 95% operating levels for both metrics.
  • Motivate and coach a highly energized team to deliver organizational outcomes with an owner's mindset.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SLAs for all processes handled.
  • Keep all relevant documentation up-to-date, with SOPs maintained for all activities.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, identifying improvements in day-to-day processes, eliminating waste, and providing suggestions for automating processes to facilitate efficiency improvements.
  • Implement Cost Saving / Value Addition Projects, identify and implement areas of service delivery improvement, and share best practices among other teams in the GSC.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: participate in regular calls/discussions with Business Partners, interact professionally with Business Partners/Stakeholders, and coordinate with other teams within GSC.
  • Ensure all major risks are identified, documented, and appropriately dealt with.
  • Participate in relevant business contingency testing and support other GSCs during contingency procedures.
  • Adhere strictly to APM-M Group culture, values, and reputation, ensuring compliance with APM-M Group and CB policies.

**Required Skills:**

  • Graduate, ideally in Finance and Accounting, Operations & Supply Chain, Marketing.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Tender contracting processes.
  • Expert-level knowledge in Contracting & Invoicing in SAP, especially in the SD Module.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using Excel.
  • Complete understanding of end-to-end SCM business/internal processes.
  • Basic knowledge of capacity management/preparing staffing plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Filling up of Customer rate sheets for Logistics & Services tenders with rates advised from global or regional product heads/approving authorities, reviewing, validating customer templates, standard terms, and conditions as per agreed timelines and process.
  • Creation of Standard Rate Templates (Excel-based) from all available information.
  • Update Sales and Purchase contracts in SAP application as per validity details shared by business teams.
  • Expertise in SAP SD Module, creating, maintaining, and changing various contracts in SAP using SAP T-codes.
  • Provide training and guidance as necessary to all stakeholders to ensure compliance of designated controls in the Sales organization globally.
  • Understand the business model and correlation of Contracts on SO & PO, enabling timely recognition of Revenue & Cost.
  • Work closely and effectively with regional and global stakeholders by efficiently responding to RFIs, RFQs/tenders of solutions-driven customers.
  • Experience working in a global business environment, including cultural aspects.
  • Highly result-oriented, ready to take challenges/collaborate with cross-functional teams and able to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, and support positive change.
