Job Title: Platform Success Executive

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to fill this key role.

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication.
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp to ensure accurate information.
  • Reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry – ask how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles. While education is not mandatory, having a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.
