Job Title : AI Expert - Design and Development

Job Description :

\

We are seeking an experienced AI expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the entire lifecycle of AI/ML solution development, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and maintenance in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • \
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and algorithms.\
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.\
  • Apply advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.\
  • Implement MLOps principles to automate the CI/CD pipeline for machine learning models.\
  • Deploy AI models into production environments using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.\
  • Monitor model performance, and resource utilization, and ensure the reliability and integrity of deployed systems.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and evaluate new tools and frameworks.\
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.\

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • \
  • 6-10 years of experience in a software engineering or AI/ML role.\
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.\
  • Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.\
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.\
  • Strong understanding of machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.\
  • Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.\
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, serving, and monitoring.\
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).\
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus.\
  • Preferred skills include experience with specific AI sub-fields such as Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.\
  • Knowledge of big data frameworks like Apache Spark.\
  • Relevant professional certifications.\
  • Experience with real-time data streaming technologies like Kafka.\
