As our team grows, we're looking for a talented individual to join our finance department. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's financial operations, including invoicing, accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Lead the development of budget forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital requirements, and provide support on fundraising.
- Implement actions to improve financial processes and tools for greater operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the teams responsible for accounting, billing, and financial control.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO and executive management.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 6+ years of experience in a financial operational role with management responsibilities, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing company.
- Strong expertise in accounting, billing/order-to-cash, and FP&A.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
- Familiarity with financial tools such as Hubspot, Chargebee, Upflow, Odoo, Spendesk.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
