Job Title: Admissions Expert

Location: Palarivattom & Calicut

Reporting to: Centre Manager / Admissions Lead

Experience: 1-3 years in admissions, counselling, or educational services

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred)

Languages: English & Malayalam (spoken and written)

About the Role:

As an Admissions Officer at Xylem's Commerce Pro division, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring careers in commerce and finance. Your role involves counseling students on programs like CA, ACCA, and CMA, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counseling students on academic programs
  • Providing guidance on enrollment procedures
  • Coordinating with departments for a seamless experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of CA, ACCA, CMA programs
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English
  • Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
