Strategic Business Partner Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve division objectives.
  • Provide strategic inputs on departmental workforce forecasts.
  • Manage and control operating frameworks, provide guidance, and ensure implementation and review of work processes.
  • Prepare yearly business development plans, achieve targets, and manage budgets and financials.
  • Manage a team of professionals, including career management, coaching, and mentoring critical talent.
  • Govern implementation of risk-related policies and processes, review internal control systems, and take corrective action based on audit findings.
