Attractive and engaging content is the lifeblood of successful language models. As a skilled creative writer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our large language models (LLMs) are accurate, informative, and culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create rubrics and evaluation templates that meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of translated prompts and revise them as needed to ensure cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Rate prompt-response pairs using standardized templates based on rubrics and provide detailed justifications for any discrepancies.
  • Document problematic outputs with clear explanations of rubric violations or cultural insensitivities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in English and deep familiarity with cultural norms in the corresponding region.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and evaluation templates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD resources in relevant fields are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in content/creative writing, prompt engineering, or LLM testing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
