Job Title: Lift Operations Specialist

 

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Lift Operations Specialist to assist in the planning and execution of lift & escalator projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with experience in construction management and quality control.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Review and proof-check detailed design and construction designs for lift & escalator systems.
  • Assist in Construction Supervision and Monitoring to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and social aspects of the project.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and trial runs to ensure system reliability.
  • Prepare manuals for the operation and maintenance of lift systems.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to prevent accidents.

 

**Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years in construction management.

 

**Required Skills:**

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in an integrated project delivery environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team effort.
