Job Title: Engineering Leader

  • Responsible for architecting, designing and scaling the core technology platform from ground up.
  • Drive innovation by implementing AI-first strategies to solve complex, high-scale problems.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product roadmap, vision and engineering culture.
  • Build, mentor and lead a strong engineering team fostering ownership, innovation and collaboration.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable and secure solutions for nationwide adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through technological advancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 8+ years of strong engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms, with a strong understanding of cloud-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire and manage engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment and passion for solving meaningful problems.
