We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing front-end and back-end applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus). They will be able to work independently while taking guidance from our CTO and collaborate directly with them to translate requirements into features.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS, a strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be comfortable working remotely with reliable availability. Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali is not required but considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance existing front-end and back-end applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  • (Optional but valuable) Contribute to system design and architecture when needed.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps (AWS/DynamoDB experience is a plus).
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
