Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the reliability and security of our network infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with external service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
  • Proactively identify and address potential incidents, adhering to well-defined escalation procedures and communication protocols.
  • Provide regular network performance reports, incorporating metrics such as bandwidth usage, latency, uptime, and availability, along with actionable recommendations for network optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSites Network Connectivity
  • Manage WAN links connecting remote sites, ensuring high-performance connections with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Optimize SD-WAN solutions for dynamic routing and bandwidth management across regions.
  • Implement measures to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Office Network
  • Ensure reliable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Establish stable and efficient network connections between branches, with a focus on high availability and redundancy.
  • Conduct thorough L2 network troubleshooting, capacity analysis, patching, and configuration management.
Lan/Wi-Fi Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Wi-Fi networks, ensuring comprehensive coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Audit Compliance and Documentation
  • Participate in customer-requested audits, including submission of required forms and data collection.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete audit questionnaires and related documents as required by the customer, guaranteeing thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
