Key Responsibilities
  • Design Quality Engineer:
    • Develop a quality culture by implementing compliance activities around specific products or regions.
    • Establish comprehensive procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure process compliance.
    • Lead successful QMS processes at medical device facilities, communicating complex messages and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Mechanical Engineering Expert:
    • Develop lab infrastructure, new products, installed base, and advanced technology developments from scratch.
    • Harness expertise in plastics, casting, simulations, and modeling to drive innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices and build market-differentiating products.
  • Electrical & Electronics Hardware Engineer:
    • Design, analyze, integrate, and document electrical & electronics hardware engineering solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance, oversight, and support for product development, verification testing, and transition to production.
    • Leverage expertise in medical devices design controls, quality management systems, and regulations to deliver high-quality products.
  • Software Engineering Expert:
    • Execute organizational strategy, providing clear success criteria and accountability for team members.
    • Foster collaboration to deliver software solutions, ensuring adherence to development processes, standards, and regulations.
    • Contribute to technical innovation, providing insights, hands-on reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Systems Engineering Specialist:
    • Audit support for products across regulatory agencies, enhancing customer satisfaction through faster engineering resolution.
    • Develop strategies for knowledge buildup, life cycle management, and program deliverables.
    • Innovate cost reduction, call rate reduction, and customer NPS, while creating new revenue streams with marketing.
Requirements
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering, electrical & electronics engineering, software engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies.
