We're seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you'll develop and optimize business intelligence solutions to drive business value. Your expertise will span a wide range of applications, including demand sensing/forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, simulation, and market intelligence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimizing business intelligence solutions using various machine learning algorithms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Applying common business metrics and generating new ones as needed
  • Leading the development and maintenance of scalable BI frameworks

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in time series forecasting using heuristic-based hierarchical best-fit models
  • Experience in applied analytical methods, particularly in supply chain and planning
  • A statistical background and strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Proficiency in Python or R for Data Science
  • Deep understanding of feature engineering, tuning, and testing

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Experience with SQL, databases, and ETL tools
  • Exposure to distributed data/computing tools and big data technologies
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts and implementation of planning applications
