Key Responsibilities:- Product Ideation & Market Research: Identify innovative product concepts and conduct thorough market research to validate product viability.
- Product Design & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Internal Approvals & Governance: Obtain necessary internal approvals and ensure compliance with governance guidelines.
- Regulatory Filing – IRDAI Coordination: Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure seamless filing of regulatory documents.
- Pre-Launch Preparation & Testing: Conduct thorough testing and preparation for product launch.
- Go-to-Market strategies: Develop effective go-to-market strategies to maximize product visibility and adoption.
- Product Launch & Monitoring: Oversee product launch and continuously monitor its performance.
- Regulatory & Risk Management Post-Launch: Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and manage risk associated with product post-launch.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on product performance and progress.
- Post Graduate degree
