Technical Lead - WordPress Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee and deliver high-quality WordPress development projects. As a leader, you will manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and implement best practices for scalable and efficient WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers to deliver high-quality, scalable websites
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Ensure high standards of code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and SEO specialists, to ensure seamless project execution
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to streamline repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency
- Optimize website performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies, including AI advancements, to enhance development practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in WordPress development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites
- Strong expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Extensive experience in theme and plugin development
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and headless WordPress
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with WordPress Multisite
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
- Familiarity with website security best practices
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in WordPress
