Business Analytics Strategist

Our ideal candidate will serve as a Business Insights and Analytics Leader, playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across various business functions. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics solutions that drive business impact.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues, and other partners to drive business outcomes.
This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics execution, including expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), backend systems (SQL, ETL frameworks), and data modeling. Experience with cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS), data lakes, and compliance frameworks is also highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements and manage competing priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 15+ years of overall experience in data analytics execution, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, other departments, and partners
- Mastery of BI tools, backend systems, and data modeling
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, data lakes, and compliance frameworks
