As a Life & Wellness Coach, you'll facilitate exploration, self-discovery, and growth with our members in a safe space.

You'll deliver tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing insights and skills for meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action towards personal challenges.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and track session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our support teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active credentialing with a globally recognized coaching body.
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Adaptability across various life, professional, and health-related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support.
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
