Job Description

This position involves collaborating with customers to understand their needs, developing and delivering models for India-specific GeoAI use cases, and representing the organization at conferences and forums. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in practical machine learning, proven data science and AI skills with Python, PyTorch, and Jupyter Notebooks, and expertise in one or more areas such as computer vision, deep learning, or 3D deep learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing solutions using ESRI products, performing feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter optimization, and deploying models to production in a cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environment. Additionally, they will implement best practices and patterns for geospatial machine learning, integrate ArcGIS with popular deep learning libraries, and keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in machine and deep learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in RS, GIS, Geoinformatics, or related field with knowledge of RS & GIS
  • Experience with ESRI products like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Strong communication skills, including to non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in image analysis and image processing techniques in SAR, Multispectral, and Hyperspectral imagery
