Financial Operations Specialist

- Cash and position reconciliations across multiple products and platforms.
- Executing internal transfers, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- Oversight of payment processing and SWIFT transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Support in FX transactions and related treasury operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Mastery of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
- Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and 3-4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations are preferred qualifications for this role.
