Embedded Hardware Expert Wanted

At our company, we're looking for a seasoned Embedded Hardware Consultant to spearhead the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. As an expert in embedded systems, you'll provide critical guidance on architecture, design, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of innovative hardware designs, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing strategies to guarantee high-quality products.
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis and root-cause failure investigations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set best practices in hardware design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Extensive knowledge of microcontroller- and processor-based hardware design (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, TI, NXP, ESP32).

• Strong understanding of sensor interfacing, analog front-end design, ADC/DAC circuits, and low-power hardware design for IoT devices.

• Hands-on experience with wired and wireless communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, RS485, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, NB-IoT.

• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCAD, or Eagle) with multi-layer, high-speed layouts.

• Familiarity with IoT hardware certifications and standards (CE, RoHS, BIS, IEC, EMI/EMC).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 6–12 years of industry experience in embedded hardware design and development, preferably in IoT, industrial automation, energy, or telecom domains.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering production-ready embedded systems with large-scale field deployments.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver robust products.

• Strong problem-solving and optimization skills for cost, power, and reliability in embedded designs.
