Job Overview

Infrastructure Operations Lead: We seek an experienced professional to lead our infrastructure operations and strategy.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing infrastructure for both on-premise data centers and cloud environments, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Infrastructure Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage Infrastructure Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our infrastructure, including server, storage, database, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and network management.
  • Implement Cloud Solutions: Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead Teams: Manage outsourced teams responsible for daily operations and activities.
  • Provide Business Solutions: Offer solutions to complex business problems, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: B Tech / BE / MCA / MBA or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 Years: Proven experience in infrastructure management for both on-premise data centers and cloud environments.

Skills:

  • Project Management: Program and project management expertise.
  • Infra Management: In-depth hands-on knowledge of infrastructure such as servers, storage, databases, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and networks.
  • Cloud Computing: Very good knowledge and exposure to cloud computing.
Desirable Skills

Functional Competencies:

  • Infrastructure Discovery: Ability to perform infrastructure discovery assessments and transformation strategies.
  • Holistic Understanding: Holistic understanding of all data center functions (production operations, change control, DR/business recovery, helpdesk, systems management, and facilities).
  • Private & Public Cloud: Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration consideration.
