Software Development Specialist Position

The Software Development Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python and React, with the ability to apply best practices in coding and debugging.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong command of technology, particularly in the areas of software development life cycles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-level and low-level designs for software features or use cases.
  • Develop and maintain complex software applications using Python and React.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Operating Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases.
  • Good experience working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using one or more Web and UI frameworks.
