Job Overview

Officebanao is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the Role

This position involves managing the month-end close process, overseeing the general ledger, and driving process improvement. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial reports are completed on time and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
  • Oversee the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent.
  • Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including month-end closing and handling big 4 auditors.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage long hours during peak periods.
  • A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
