With a strong background in product design, particularly in the SaaS/B2B space, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional products that cater to the needs of educators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop educator-facing products, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to inform design decisions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the SaaS/B2B space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex products, especially in education technology.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
