Education Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Education Director to join our team at Seth M. R. Jaipurhia Schools.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our academic department, driving educational excellence, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum guidelines and promote student achievement.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, encouraging teachers and students to strive for high standards.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion amongst students, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
• Lead the development, review, and improvement of the school's curriculum, working closely with teachers and curriculum specialists.
• Implement assessment strategies to measure student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:

• Masters degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• State Principal Certification or relevant administrative certification.
• Several years of experience in teaching and educational administration, including previous roles as a Vice Principal or Assistant Principal.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current educational trends, technology, and best practices.

Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum.
