Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions using Avaya/Cisco platforms.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of Avaya/Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCE) components and call flow.
- Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of UCCE components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
