Job Description

We are a cutting-edge technology company dedicated to revolutionizing India's defense capabilities through the development of next-generation unmanned vehicle technologies.

Our mission focuses on advancing aerospace innovation, pushing boundaries in robotic swarm systems and unmanned stratospheric platforms for extended endurance missions.

Currently, we are working on a solar-powered High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS) - an unmanned stratospheric platform designed for advanced military applications.

As a skilled and experienced CAD Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating 3D models and assemblies in CATIA 3DX, performing hand calculations, conducting stack-up analysis, designing moulds, tools and fixtures for manufacturing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver design solutions, documenting all design processes and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create complex 3D models and assemblies in CATIA 3DX
  • Perform hand calculations and preliminary sizing for design feasibility
  • Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to check design integrity
  • Conduct stack-up analysis for tolerance and fit
  • Design moulds, tools, and fixtures for manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD design engineering
  • Proficient in CATIA with strong mechanical design background
  • Experienced in FEA and stack-up analysis
