You will work on projects that impact hundreds of students, get mentorship from experienced designers and engineers, and ship features that matter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that make our products simple, usable, and engaging.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and instructors to bring ideas to life.
  • Create responsive design flows for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Run quick user tests and gather feedback from students and faculty to improve designs.
  • Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across all digital experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals – typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient in Figma (preferred) or similar tools like Sketch/Adobe XD.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Portfolio that shows design thinking process and execution quality.
  • Prolific designer with passion for innovative solutions.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in UX research, usability testing, or accessibility design.
  • Exposure to EdTech or Consumer product design.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools, animations, or motion design.
  • Frontend Dev skills - ReactJS or similar frameworks
