Visual Design Lead Position

As a key member of our Creative Studio, you will work closely with marketing, business units, and service lines to align design strategy with business goals.

Develop high-quality visual assets across various mediums, including digital, print, branding, and marketing collateral.

  • Design visually appealing graphics for web graphics, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and event graphics.
  • Elevate brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Create infographics and visuals that simplify and enhance storytelling of complex tech products and services.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality production and execution.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the technology industry or B2B.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, branding, and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint; experience with Figma, motion graphics (After Effects) and HTML is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions.
