About the Role:

  • Data Engineers with strong SQL skills are sought to focus on data integration, quality, and performance.

Job Description:

  • Analyze complex SQL logic and optimize its performance for large data volumes.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), preferably using Fabric Data Factory over PaaS ADF.
  • Familiarity with orchestration and ETL tools like Matillion is a plus.
  • Design and implement data flows using ADF, while enhancing ETL processes with Python.
  • Understand monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting principles, including restartability, idempotency, and debugging of ETL pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit partners to transform requirements into effective data solutions, documenting processes and sharing knowledge with junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Azure certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tuning.
