Financial Operations Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations intern to assist in the end-to-end financial operations of our Aadhaar-PAN linking drive.

This role involves:

  1. Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.
  2. Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  3. Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
  4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
