Finance Director

Job Summary:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Lead the development of periodic financial reports, month-to-month analysis, balance sheet documentation, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the finance function in a global context.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and implement effective internal controls and procedures.
  • Drive the adoption of common processes and tools across regions based on best practices.
  • Partner with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information.
  • Lead the year-end audit process, ensuring financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment and international operations.
  • Proven track record in managing a full-cycle accounting team, with good knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills, excellent communication skills in English, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to foster employee performance and development, initiative, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
