We are seeking an experienced MEP design professional to join our team as a Building Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our building services team and ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet client requirements.
- Developing and implementing design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP design and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Added Advantage
- Experience in LIFTS traffic analysis.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Candidates from real estate backgrounds are preferred.
