Admissions Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled admissions consultant to help guide prospective students through the admissions process. This role involves communication with students and families, providing information about programs, admissions, and campus life.

• Student Engagement: Build relationships with prospective students and their families to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
• Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including document submission and form completion.
• Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate student qualifications and fit.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in admissions events, such as open houses and campus tours.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student applications and statuses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure efficient processes.
• Outreach: Develop strategies to attract diverse and talented applicants.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in admissions, counselling, or a related role.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Higher Education Experience: Experience in higher education admissions.
• CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
• Linguistic Skills: Bilingual or multilingual skills.
