Educatinal Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage the implementation of educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, plan and execute program activities, monitor progress, and facilitate communication between instructors, students, and the administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum plans, including coordination with instructors
- Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of funds
- Facilitate effective communication between instructors, students, and the administration
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make continuous improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Experience in the education sector, preferably in online or adult education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program performance and implement improvements
- Proficiency in resource allocation and management
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
