About the Role:

The Transformation Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectory. They will lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives, as well as champion continuous evolution of our implementation philosophy.

  • Lead large, distributed teams of consultants, solution architects, and engagement managers across multiple time zones.">
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations.">
  • Champion client advocacy within the organization to ensure customer needs are reflected in product and services evolution.">

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.">
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/H RMS Delivery or Customer Success, with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.">
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.">
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks.">
  • Outstanding executive presence with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers.">
  • Ability to present complex technical/function concepts to large, diverse audiences in clear, compelling manner.">
