Hardware Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:As a Hardware Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing realistic electronic design automation (EDA) tools that reflect industry best practices and complexity. You will work with our research team to create simulated environments that mimic real-world semiconductor development, enabling our engineers to focus on groundbreaking work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL.
- Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development).
- Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics).
- Design and develop EDA tools that support hardware design workflows.
- Collaborate with researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements.
- Benchmark and optimize EDA tools to improve performance and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Curiosity about AI/ML applications in hardware design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
