Visual Designer - Home Construction Industry

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

The Graphic Designer will create engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).

  • Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
  • Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Canva (for rapid design adaptation and social-first graphics)
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
