Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining virtualized infrastructure.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on VMware virtualization. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design, install, and maintain VMWare virtual infrastructure
  • Monitor and optimize system performance
  • Develop and manage Group Policy Objects
  • Excellent working knowledge of license management and MDM management
  • Backup and storage process management
  • Document standard operating procedures and protocols

Responsibilities:

  • VMWare Management: Design, install, and maintain the VMWare virtual infrastructure
  • VDI Management: Install and configure VMWare Horizon Agent on physical and virtual desktops
  • GPO Management: Develop and manage Group Policy Objects to ensure secure and efficient system configurations
  • Certificates Management: Manage and troubleshoot issues related to digital certificates
  • Server Monitoring: Monitor endpoint performance and health, ensuring optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues
  • L3 Troubleshooting: Resolve issues escalated by lower tiers of support by troubleshooting complex cloud and virtualization issues
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Minimum Qualification:

  • 15 years of full-time education
