Job Description

As a Senior Golang Developer at SAS, you will lead technology teams and architect, develop, and extend the core capabilities of products and solutions for SAS Fraud & Security Intelligence. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in building cloud-enabled applications, proficiency in developing microservices using popular programming languages, and expertise in server-side development and streaming data tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-12 years of programming/development experience, including designing and developing cloud-based applications
  • Experience in server-side development, including GO, Java, Spring Boot, micro-service architectures, REST and MVC patterns
  • Cloud architecture expertise and experience with at least one major public Cloud provider
  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile and DevOps software development methodologies
  • Experience with IDEs and third-party tools for debugging, unit testing, and CI/CD automation using Jenkins
