Research Professor Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Lead and coordinate advanced research projects, mentoring research scholars and contributing to our mission of research excellence.
  • Publish original research in top-tier international journals and present at premier conferences.
  • Mentor PhD scholars and research students, guiding their research work and development.
  • Secure external research funding through grants, consultancy, and collaboration with industry partners.
  • Foster interdisciplinary research and collaborations within the university and with external institutions.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote research culture.
  • Provide expert advice on research policy, strategy, and development within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in research, teaching, or industry.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research through publications in top-tier journals and conferences.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale research projects and secure funding.
  • Experience in supervising doctoral research scholars.
  • Strong expertise in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
