Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the development of AI tools for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets, identifying opportunities for product and process optimization, and driving business results through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams, and will have a proven ability to drive business solutions through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Present information using data visualization techniques.
  • Have experience in developing production-level Gen AI solutions by utilizing Azure OpenAI services.
  • Familiar with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, Llama index, Vector DB, and fine-tuning of open-source LLMs.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, XGBoost, KNN, SVM, ANN, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.
  • Experience working with large data sets and identifying opportunities for product and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to drive business results through data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
