Job Title: Peoplesoft Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.

Your primary focus will be on upgrading and modifying Peoplesoft applications as per business needs, identifying and troubleshooting coding issues in a timely manner, and ensuring that project deliverables meet business requirements and are completed within assigned timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and enhancements.
  • Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications to the PeopleSoft platform or custom programs to enhance value to business.
  • Follow coding standards as recommended in Peoplebooks.
  • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and evaluate data, assess alternatives, and formulate logical recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules, including HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Recruiting. You should also be proficient in SQL, SQR, and PeopleSoft Application Engine, and have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes, aiding in knowledge transfer and future troubleshooting.
